Blue Tansy Beauty Balm

To maintain the purity of our Blue Tansy Beauty Balm we have not added any stabilizers, waxes, preservatives or emulsifiers, only nutrient-rich ingredients. The beauty is how easily it applies and melts into the skin. Unfortunately, this also makes it vulnerable to temperature changes. This in no way affects the efficacy of the product.

If your balm should arrive melted or melt in your care, place in the fridge overnight and allow to return to room temperature.

If it’s partially melted and a little grainy, you can remelt it by securing the lid and placing it in a bowl of very hot water until totally melted. Once melted, place in the refrigerator overnight and allow to return to room temperature.

Your moisturizer is best stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight to maintain its consistency.

Sacha Inchi Oil

Our Bakuchiol Regenerative Balm provides a concentrated layer of antioxidant and lipid protection that seals in hydration and moisture with its occlusive properties. Potent, raw whole plant botanicals were carefully selected to help regenerate skin at a cellular level and provide a barrier of defense against free radical damage. The texture is very smooth, glides on skin with ease and absorbs nicely. Traditional face moisturizers such as creams and lotions contain 70-80% water which is why they absorb effortlessly. In comparison, anhydrous balms and face oils are very concentrated.

When switching over from a traditional face cream to a face balm or oil, you will notice that you use only about a 1/4 of what you would normally use with a cream or lotion. If your face balm or oil leaves your skin feeling greasy, then you might be using too much. To increase absorption, layer your balm or oil over a face mist or damp skin. This not only seals in hydration and moisture but also creates an occlusive skin barrier.

Our Blue Tansy Beauty Balm gets its color from the blue tansy oil which contains a natural compound called chamazulene.

Chamazulene is also responsible for many of blue tansy oil's anti-inflammatory and soothing properties, making it popular in skincare formulations for calming irritation and redness.

The time it takes to see results depends on the severity of the concern and your consistent use of the product:

• For soothing redness or irritation, you may notice immediate relief and a calming effect after application.
• For chronic conditions like eczema or acne, consistent use (1–2 times daily) for 2–4 weeks is typically required to see noticeable improvements.
• For long-term benefits, including smoother, more balanced skin, incorporate the balm into your routine regularly.
